It’s falls and therefore the perfect opportunity to prepare a delicious hazelnut cake to delight the taste buds of the whole family! This preparation based on hazelnut flour and olive oil can be enjoyed with a cloud of powdered sugar and a good cup of tea.
- 170 g of brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 25 g of sweet olive oil
- 170 g of hazelnut powder
- 3 g of yeast
- 2 g of flower of salt
- Powdered sugar
- 1 knob of butter
- Butter and sprinkle with brown sugar a missed Mold with a diameter of about 20 cm.
- In a salad bowl, mix the brown sugar with the eggs and olive oil. Then add the hazelnut powder, yeast and fleur de sel. Whisk until the mixture is homogeneous and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the mould and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 °C.
- Remove from the oven, let the hazelnut cake cool before removing from the mould and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
